Questions
- Do I need a card for the trial?
- No. Install Omny and use everything for 14 days. When the trial ends, Omny asks for a license key.
- What happens when the trial or the subscription ends?
- Omny stops answering and running commands until you enter a valid key. Your conversations, projects and files are untouched, and Settings stays open so you can export a backup.
- Do I pay for the AI models too?
- The license is for Omny itself. The models cost what their providers charge for your own API key. Local models (Ollama) are free and need no key.
- How do I cancel?
- Any time, from the link in your purchase email. The subscription then runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes, within 14 days of buying, no questions asked. Refund policy.
- Can I use one license on more than one computer?
- One license is for one person, on up to 3 of their computers. You can free a computer in Settings → License and use the key elsewhere.
- Is it for work, or for my own projects?
- Both. One license per person, whether you use Omny for work or for yourself.
- Which payment methods and currencies?
- Payments, taxes and invoices are handled by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, which sells Omny on our behalf. Prices are in US dollars; the provider shows the local price and tax at checkout.
