Refund policy

We want you to be sure before you pay, which is why Omny has a free trial of 14 days with no card. If you still bought it and it isn't right for you:

• You can get a full refund within 14 days of a purchase, for any reason. This applies to a first purchase and to a renewal.
• How: write to support@wunison.com with the email you bought with (or the order number). You do not need to explain.
• When: refunds are made by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, to the original payment method. It usually takes a few business days to appear.
• After a refund, the license key stops working.
• To stop future renewals, cancel the subscription from the link in your purchase email. Cancelling does not by itself refund a payment already made.
• After 14 days we do not refund the current period, but you can cancel so that it does not renew. If the law of your country gives you a longer right to a refund, that right stays.

If Omny does not work as described and we cannot fix it, tell us: we will refund you.
