Terms of use

Last updated: October 2026. These terms are between you and Wunison ("we"), the maker of Omny. By installing or using Omny you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use Omny.

1. What you get

Omny is software that runs on your computer: the app, its web interface and its editor extension ("Omny"). We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Omny as these terms say. We keep all rights to Omny; you are only given a license, not ownership.

2. Free trial

Every installation starts with a free trial of 14 days, with all features and no payment details. When the trial ends, Omny asks for a license key before it answers or runs anything again. Reinstalling or changing the computer's clock to get another trial is not allowed.

3. License and subscription

• A license is for one person, who may activate it on up to 3 of their own computers. You can free a computer in Settings, License.
• Licenses are sold as a monthly or yearly subscription. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and the subscription then runs to the end of the period you paid for.
• When a subscription ends or is not paid, Omny stops working (it will not answer or run commands) until it is renewed. Your conversations, projects and files stay on your computer and you can export a backup.
• Prices are shown on the pricing page. We may change them for new purchases and for renewals, and we will tell you before a renewal at a different price.

4. Payments

Our orders are handled by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, which sells Omny to you on our behalf and is the seller of record. It collects payment and the taxes that apply, and sends you the invoice. Its own terms apply to the payment. To cancel, use the link in your purchase email.

5. Refunds

See the refund policy: in short, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of a purchase.

6. What you may not do

Without our written permission you may not:

• copy, modify, decompile, disassemble or reverse-engineer Omny, except where the law says you may;
• resell, rent, sublicense, share your license key with others, or otherwise make Omny available to anyone else;
• remove notices of copyright or ownership;
• use Omny to break the law or the terms of the AI services you connect to it.

7. AI services and your data

Omny connects to the AI services you choose, with your own keys, or to models on your own computer. What you send to a service is governed by that service's terms and prices, which you pay it directly. We are not responsible for what those services do, and Omny's answers can be wrong: check what an AI proposes before you apply it. You are responsible for the changes you apply and the commands you run. See the privacy policy for what Omny does with data.

8. No warranty

Omny is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it is error-free or fits a particular purpose, and we are not liable for lost data, lost profit or indirect damage from using it. Keep backups of your work. Our total liability to you for anything related to Omny is limited to what you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending

You may stop using Omny at any time. We may end your license if you break these terms, with a refund of the unused part of what you paid for the current period, unless the breach was serious.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. For changes that matter, we will tell you in the app or by email before they apply to you. Using Omny after that means you accept the new terms.

11. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without taking away the protections that the mandatory consumer law of your country gives you. Questions about these terms: support@wunison.com.
